Making A Difference
At Mathurin Electrical we believe that a healthy workplace environment is the key when it comes to maintaining a positive outcome in a stressful atmosphere. We believe that the most important thing that influences employee motivation and happiness, and how productive and efficient they can be, all comes down to their working environment. So, at Mathurin Electrical we focus on four main aspects to create a healthy workplace environment:
• Workplace culture.
• Physical environment and occupational health & safety.
• Health and lifestyle practice.
• Supportive workplace environment.
Our employees are our greatest assets. We know that good people do good things for our clients. It’s the reason we continue to invest in more specialized and skilled technicians, providing them with the support and growth opportunities they need to succeed. We support employee career growth and development through programs such as leadership workshops, networking opportunities, skill enhancement seminars, and mentoring relationships.
Our employee-focused programs also center on providing academic scholarships, supporting our colleges and universities, and helping fellow employees during their time of need.
We achieve work-life balance by instituting policies, procedures, actions, and expectations that enable employees to pursue more balanced lives, such as flexible work schedules, paid time off (PTO) policies, responsibly paced time and communication expectations, and company-sponsored family events and activities.
At Mathurin Electrical we make time for family, friends, community participation, spirituality, personal growth, self-care, and other personal activities, in addition to the demands of the workplace.
While it’s not possible to support every cause with which we are presented, it’s a great privilege and joy to support and invest in our local communities, not only on a professional level, but in a way that makes our families, neighborhoods, and communities stronger.
Our dedicated employees donate countless volunteer hours in support of causes they care about. For the past decade, Mathurin employees have logged an average of 1 thousand hours of volunteer services annually to advance the causes that are important to them, their communities and the corporation.
